Sacred Agriculture: Co-Evolution of the New Vision

There are many ways to connect. You are welcome to visit, stay as a volunteer, sign up for educational programs.
Just being on the land will open your heart and your vision.

Odiyana Khandro Ling is in a co-operative relationship with Old King Farm and Blessed Land.

Together we serve as ecological stewards of natural resources, providing Earth Healing and Eco-spiritual initiatives:

Basic Concepts of Vedic Agriculture:

Permaculture

Rick Richmond and Donna Visco, Pranic Healers, lovingly tend Blessed Land Farm,  one of the only farms in the U.S. practicing the beautiful art and science of Pranic Agriculture and with which we share our amazing land.

Produce currently grown includes garlic, onions, several varieties of potatoes, leeks, tomatoes, peppers, eggplants
and kale!

With great love and care, soil is specially prepared and blessed using Pranic energy along with Biodynamic preparations. Crop growth and yield is substantially greater and of a higher vibration!

Permaculture is a way of sustainable agricultural and social design using the patterns and features observed in natural ecosystems.

Permaculture originally meant “permanent agriculture” and was expanded to stand for “permanent culture”, meaning principle centered ways of relating to food production and landscaping as well as the role of healthy human relationships in this process.

Biodynamic Farming

The mystic philosopher Dr. Rudolf Steiner, Founder of Anthroposophy, had spent his life researching and investigating the spiritual forces that regulate life and growth, giving birth to the principles of Biodynamics.

Biodynamicsis a way of farming and gardening as a unified approach that relates the ecology of the earth-organism to the deep structure of the entire cosmos. It goes way beyond simply organic methods and treats farms as unified individual organisms, emphasizing the balance between matter and spirit in a holistic perspective.

Every year on Memorial Day weekend, OKL's sister organization, Old King Farm, hosts their Annual Spring Fling -- a hands-on learning experience in practical ecology, including principles of Biodynamics, Pranic Agriculture, and much more! Join us!

The Vedic element added to regenerative agriculture is a phenomenon of intelligence --the dimension of consciousness -- directly applied in support of the stages of evolution of the soil, plant, human and broad ecological communities.

Rejecting the violence of toxic agribusiness and stepping beyond simple Organic methods, the next logical stage is Biodynamics:  adding  sustainability and rebuilding the soil. Better yet is acknowledging  a higher dimension,  the Creative Intelligence of Nature: this is the "Vedic" value.

"It is absurd to approach the subject of health piecemeal with a departmentalized band of specialists.

A medical doctor uninterested in nutrition, in agriculture, in the wholesomeness of mind and spirit is as absurd as a farmer who is uninterested in health."
