What is CHOD HEALING?
Chod is an ancient Tibetan practice that is sung to the accompaniment of a small drum, bell, and bone trumpet. A complete path to enlightenment, it is also used for healing of body, mind, spirit, and environment. Instead of fighting the forces that assail us, we generate compassion and make offerings to them. This both allows these negative forces to transform, and us to let go of judgement and ego attachment. All you will need to do at these sessions is relax, breathe, and release. A mat to lie on and a small pillow may be useful.

Tibetan Healing Chod with Carla Pema Yudron

About Pema Yudron

Born "down the Jersey Shore," Carla Hughett (Pema Yudron) studied herbalism and Qigong and went West to receive her Doctor of Oriental Medicine before a pilgrimage in the East.

She fortunately connected with old Tibetan masters in India and spent 10 full years studying and practicing the 1,000 year old lineage of the enlightened wisdom woman Machik, the mother of Chod practice.
